Delving Deep Into Executive Compensation
For five years we researched executive compensation of business leaders in the Philadelphia area for the annual highest paid feature in the Philadelphia Business Journal. This feature dove into perks, incentive based compensation and benefits. We poured through proxy statements and 10k filings breaking apart the reported compensation to explain it for the feature article.
Scaling up a RPO
We were retained by a mid-level recruiting process outsourcing business to support their team of associates for a year for a large initiative at their client. Their team focused on client management and interviewing. We spotted the talent for them.

Mapping Companies
We were retained to create organizational charts of several of the world’s leading pharmaceutical firms from the CEO down to the Director level. Our research went into the firm’s recruitment database. The charts became marketing tools on pitches, and consulting tools at the start of assignments.
Building A Pipeline of Sales Talent
We worked with a large FMCG company that sold a specialty line of pharmaceuticals. They sought to reduce their reliance on product distributors. The goal: Build a sales force of their own over a three year period. We filled key openings in year one, and identified everyone in sales in that space. In years two and three their internal team was able to recruit from that pipeline of talent themselves.
Merging Two Giants. Better information helps better decisions
Our team scaled to face the sudden and large challenge of discretely reconciling the pay bands and job descriptions of two very different companies. We helped explain the two companies to each other in order to merge effectively.
