Prior to starting the firm in 2002 Mr. Ebbert was a consultant with a retained search firm focused on the pharmaceutical, chemical and consumer industries. He began his career in search in the Healthcare Services specialty practice of the retained firm Korn/Ferry International where he led the research function. Prior to working in executive search Mr. Ebbert was with Right Management Consultants where he assisted senior level executives from a wide range of industries with company and industry research as part of their career transition services.
Mr. Ebbert is a frequent speaker on the subject of executive search and business research, and he has presented to Kennedy Information, Hunt Scanlon, Executive Search Roundtable, SHRM, and ESIX. His research work has also been published in the Philadelphia Business Journal. Mr. Ebbert is also the founder and moderator of Executive Search Research Consulting Group on LinkedIn. With 3,500 members around the world it is the largest group on social media focused upon the needs of associates in executive search, corporate executive recruiting, and freelance research. He also curates the Executive Search Channel on YouTube. Mr. Ebbert has a MBA degree from Temple University, and BA from Ithaca College. He is designated as a Professional with the Academy for Healthcare Management. |
Mr. Grover heads our successful research organization with extensive knowledge of executive search domain. He currently leads a Knowledge Management team of about 10 senior researchers who cater to clients across the globe providing knowledge, research and data entry support.
Previously he has worked with Heidrick & Struggles, KMC as a Research Analyst, Industrial practice and was handling the European and North American region. Prior to that he has worked as the marketing and customer relationship head in the automotive sector. Nitin has an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad and Engineering degree from Rajasthan University. |
